sand grief

Yes, I know sunsets are a bit of a cliche, but here on Siquijor in the week we've been here we've seen some of the most fantastic dusk displays of light, colour and reflections I can remember. Now, it's time to move on before we lose all momnetum and settle here in this tropical time warp for good. We're headed for Malapasqua, a small island at the northern tip of Cebu in the Gulf of Leyte. I do have one Big Problem in my life right now though; sand in the camera bag. Whatever I do it gets in all the available crevasses of my bodies and lenses. On the positive side after this trip I'm much better at peeling prawns.
